Bright, spacious and quiet apartments with a serene atmosphere, like a Scandinavian oasis in the heart of Italy.
Oh, who needs perfect Wi-Fi, functional lamps, and a non-existent kitchen when you have beautiful decor and little annoyances to laugh about?

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which felt like living in a living museum. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, as it was in the very center and within walking distance to everything in this city. The breakfast provided was simple yet extremely tasty, with fresh and homemade products. The staff, particularly Daniel and Annika, were attentive, easy-going, and provided great recommendations for restaurants, bars.

The manager at Numeroventi Design Residency was incredibly attentive and made our stay enjoyable. He was always reachable and even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. The rooms were perfect and the location was ideal. They also offered complimentary Espresso and Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Will definitely return! highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay at a design-forward property in Florence. The innovative, art-filled spaces were absolutely stunning and made our stay extra special. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we had all the information we needed. Our room, Loft 4, was absolutely breathtaking with its unique decor and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfy and we loved waking up under a beautiful fresco. Despite a small shower and lack of natural light in the bathroom, we couldn't complain. The property also offered a separate shared kitchen and lounge area, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. We highly recommend this property for a memorable stay in Florence.
We did experience a few minor inconveniences, such as limited WiFi coverage and lights not working properly in the room. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms and the street could be bothersome at times.

The accommodation was exceptional, with beautiful and innovative design concepts. The rooms were stunning and well-decorated, showcasing art and literature in a thoughtful manner. The location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities. the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The property felt more like serviced apartments than a hotel. the limited staff presence in the evening and the absence of food and beverage options on weekends was inconvenient.

I absolutely loved the beautiful design and artistic touches throughout the hotel. The high and wooden ceilings gave a sense of grandeur, and the delicate furnishings made the place feel like a work of art. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to the common areas and a comfortable environment to relax and unwind.
I only wish there were more amenities catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice to have some additional assistance from the staff, who were all very kind and helpful but seemed quite young.
